Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to deliver your order, and we never share your identity with writers.
Information we collect
Account information (email, display name, phone if you provide it) and order details (academic subject, deadline, instructions). Payment information is processed and stored by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, not by us. Communication metadata (message timestamps, file uploads) is retained for the duration of your relationship with us plus 12 months for support purposes.
How we use it
To match you with an appropriate writer, deliver the work you ordered, process refunds and revisions, and respond to support requests. We may send transactional emails about your orders. Marketing emails are opt-in only and can be unsubscribed from any message.
What we never share with writers
Your real name, school, email address, IP address, payment information, or any identifying details you have not chosen to share through the order chat. Writers see your order requirements and an anonymous handle, nothing more.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, deletion of your account, or correction of any record by emailing tutorsgallery@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days as required by US and EU privacy regulations.
