Delivery and revisions
We commit to the deadline shown on your order. If we miss the deadline for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a partial or full refund. Free unlimited revisions are available for 14 days after delivery, provided the revision requests fall within the original order scope.
Money-back guarantee
If the delivered work cannot be revised to match the original rubric, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through your original payment method.
Acceptable use
